Block theme: Sort label is displaying as the dropdown title. #664

Describe the bug When you use the "curated" filter, the title of the dropdown is "Filter".

When you use the sort, I kind of expect the title to be "Sort", but it's taking the label. Is that expected? I can't find an issue related to that change.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to patterns homepage
  2. Click on "Popular"
  3. Notice the title is popular
  4. Choose a different option
  5. Notice that will be the new title.
