Error when 'argv' not set. #422

When run the following warning appears in error logs.

PHP Warning: Undefined array key "argv" in /Users/afragen/Local_Sites/lightning/app/public/wp-content/plugins/plugin-check/includes/Checker/Checks/Abstract_PHP_CodeSniffer_Check.php on line 80
