This happens on all stackoverflow.com/stackexchange.com/superuser.com/related sites.

It doesn't happen on other sites.

To confirm, do you mean when you paste into the Editor or into the URL window to scan a site? For the later, that makes sense to happen because the parser looks at the page as a whole--not segments of a site based on anchors (the hash part of the URL).

Paste into the URL. This used to work fine for most sites when using the bookmarklet. People expect anchors to continue working in the new situation.
