Hook block_editor_settings is deprecated since version 5.8.0 #62

While preparing a lightning talk for WordUp Pompey! I encountered this message from the slide plugin.

PHP Deprecated:  Hook block_editor_settings is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 5.8.0! 
Use block_editor_settings_all instead. in C:\apache\htdocs\wp-a2z\wp-includes\functions.php on line 5828

It was an easy fix. Now how do I get this change into wordpress.org?
