loading header and footer #154

Thanks for doing these experiment.

I tried to install the themes on a local install. And when I edit site: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ad4fkrw9pmmo05u/dc_screen_shot%202020-12-22%20%C3%A0%2009.47.27.png?dl=0 Any idea why? Is it a bug or just me?

OK, fine, i had to activate the theme with the theme folder in themes/ root. That just it.
