emptytheme Does nothing? #286

I downloaded the Emptytheme folder, zipped it up and installed it on my server.

It installs but the page is completely empty -- none of my on page blocks actually get rendered out. I expected the theme to render my content with nothing else, not render nothing at all. :-p

Apparently Gutenberg plugin is still required. I mistakenly thought this function had been rolled directly into WordPress, but appears it is still a seperate plugin.
