Full-width cover option missing #338

Description If you insert the 'large header with left-aligned text' into a page, it creates a full-width cover.

If you create a new cover from a block, even though the cover looks full width in the editor...

  1. it does not stretch full width when published and viewed, and
  2. there is no option to set it to be full width.

If you switch to the code editor, you can see that the 'large header with left-aligned text' has an attribute of "align":"full". If you add that attribute to a new cover from a block, the cover will expand to full width.

Should there be a GUI toggle for users to be able to do this when selecting a new cover in the visual editor?

I have just reinstalled 5.9 and I can now see GUI options to set the width.
