when using the download to .zip file I only see a wp-config.php in the archive #1791

I trited the download to zip file feature and only see a wp-config.php in the resulting 5MB zip archive.

Here's my playground launcher link:

When I try to open the menu it fails on btoa.

This should be fixed during the UX redesign.

When I comment out that code the exported zip contains all the expected folders.
