Add tags to homepage feature section. #58

Fixes #56

This PR adds the Post Terms block to the post meta of the feature section on the homepage.

Note, I have already manually made the change on the site. Once this PR is approved and merged, I will revert the customizations to the template in the Site Editor, and the pattern (updated here) will take over.

@adamwoodnz I merged this PR, but I'm not sure of the next steps for actual deployment. There is no rush since I made the change manually as well. Thanks!
