Add a Subscribe link/button to top navigation

I did some experimenting with the navigation to add a subscribe link there.

Option 1 as a button.

Option 2 as a link

What other options / ideas do you have? @ndiego @justintadlock

Yes, @ndiego, agreed that we should add this in the header.

Yeah agreed, I would just add this as a simple link (option 2). We can go ahead and make this change manually. The Navigation menu is stored in the database, not in any theme templates.
