Remove the local version in favor of the wporg-mu-plugin. #470

Depends on https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-mu-plugins/pull/558.

This PR removes the article-meta-github block since it will be added to wporg-mu-plugins in https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-mu-plugins/pull/558.

How to test

  1. Load this PR
  2. Update your wporg-mu-plugins folder to match state in https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-mu-plugins/pull/558.
  3. Load http://localhost:8888/block-editor/
  4. Expect to see "Improve it on GitHub" at the bottom of the article.
