When you visit a page in the local navigation, it should be highlighted with a bold style, for example the code reference homepage.
When you land on the WP-CLI handbook, the link is not highlighted in the nav.
This is probably because it's technically not a page, but an archive. This might need to be updated in the wporg-mu-plugins navigation code.
