Capability/Role list oddities about reusable blocks.

Describe the bug On https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/roles-and-capabilities/#roles, the reusable block capabilities aren't linked to an explanation below, nor are they in code form like other capabilities.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to this page.
2. Scroll down to Roles -> Administrator (all roles down to Contributor are also affected).

Expected behavior The new rules should be in line with the rest.
