Redirects after renaming HelpHub articles

Describe the bug Two articles in HelpHub have been renamed and the URLs need to be redirected.

Both articles have been changed as follows:

• [ ] https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/categories-block/ -> https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/categories-list-block/

• [x] https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/post-categories-block/ -> https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/categories-block/

WordPress should automatically handle updating redirects if you rename existing articles, which seems to be working for post-categories-block.

But if we add a redirect for categories-block -> categories-list-block, then both post-categories-block & categories-block will redirect to categories-list-block.
