Add link to Events page on translate.wordpress.org

There's no link to the Events page on translate.wordpress.org, we would need to address this in another PR. Where should it be placed, below is a screenshot of the landing page - translate.wordpress.org and a suggestion of where to put the link.

On other pages, we could have it here(see below);

When we release the Event plugin at translate.w.org, we can add the link here.

For this image, we need to add it in a regular WordPress menu.
