Update blocks page to reference the Showcase #333

Add copy and button referencing the Showcase

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

  1. Load the blocks page
  2. Check the Showcase copy and button are present in the 'WordPress’ secret power' section
  3. Check the button navigates to wordpress.org/showcase
