Remove opacity on mentions/tags prefixes #30

This is very minor, but there is opacity: 0.4 set on the mentions/tags prefixes. This existed in the old theme, but feels more prominent in the new design. I recommend we simply remove this opacity. Less CSS and I think it looks better.
