In Responsive the design is not proper #411

URL : https://wordpress.org/news/category/community/ In Responsive size the section which doesn't have any featured image and has only text is aligned end so it is showing space at the top. This was a design choice, you can see the original design in figma. These elements have the blue background to match the look of the entries with images.
