Descender on 'p' in 'Oops!' text on 404 page is cut off

I shipped a fix for the positioning of the text on the News 404 page too, although noted it works a bit differently; the footer has a top border and the descender on the 'p' goes behind it:

Should we make it consistent with the other sites?
