Reduce sidebar commercial/community content font-size to match sidebar.

Describe the bug When a theme is categorized as commercial/community, we display a section above the preview/download buttons. The font size in that container is 16px whereas all the other content in the sidebar is 14px.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://wordpress.org/themes/generatepress/
2. Notice that the "View support" link is bigger than the "theme homepage" link.
