There appears to be some focus handling improvements we could/should make to the variation scroll-arrows:
The arrows are hard to tab to but when setting focus there, then clicking, if it scrolls to the end of the row, the button becomes disabled which moves focus to the next focusable. It seems like the button should be focusable even if disabled, to avoid this.
