Remove "Trac tickets" link. #94

Describe the bug I think we can probably remove the whole "Browse the code" section but it does communicates the open-source mantra that we follow.... but the "Trac tickets" link seems exceptionally useless for users.

Reproduce

Visit and single theme page
Navigate to the bottom of the page.

I wonder if theme moderators use that link?

I do actually use the "Browse the code" section on themes and plugins fairly often (part of vetting whether I want to use it). It's definitely a "power user" kind of thing but those would be the vocal people if we removed it.

I'm inclined to leave it as is and wait for the redesign to overhaul the IA (this included).

I agree with @StevenDufresne, that whole section should go. People like power users and theme moderators know how to find this code. Those links aren't useful for 99% of the public and I don't think they belong there.
