We could use a few more themes
A more careful curation of plugins would be nice, too. For example, we need to remove Woo since it doesn't work – likely due to lack of support for network requests.
Accessible navigation with tab support would be nice
The setup UI and the sandbox UI are pretty narrow, I guess that's just how 2023 works
Last, but not least, that sandboxed WordPress could use a more interesting starter content to better showcase the theme out of the box

Allow the user to choose the theme and plugins first and use the sandbox later:

Why? Because the sandbox at wasm.wordpress.net does not yet support configuration updates.
The setup choices are stored in the URL and reused on the initial load. This way you can share a link to a specific sandbox configuration.
