ESCO Corp Premandate not showing in my scorecard #6

ESCO Corp (PRJ_0000807038) is a premandate I am working on that des not appear in my scorecard. Integration is set to Yes, Premandate Support-INT is defined as a product and I have the Pre-Process work as an access right.

This isn't hitting the RAWDATA because there isn't a solution item in Account/Delivery/Payment. Please add an appropriate item (under the USA) and this should be fine.
