Determine the best path forward for delivering logos and dubs to consumer.

What questions would be answered once this spike was completed?

  1. Can a new S3 bucket solve the bandwidth limit issue?
  2. Will the current S3 and CloudFront setup be performant for users downloading files, even under peak load?

Other Success Criteria?

  1. Add test asset to the static S3 bucket + throttle it
