Branding #50

Icons and text now reflect Workflomics instead of the React App template. The items that are changed are:

HTML title (shown in browser tab)
Favicon/Icon (shown in browser tab). Changed to the APE logo
App name in manifest.json (don't know where this is used)
Default footer (Company/Services/Legal) removed

Note: the changes are quite straightforward, but I'm unable to test them myself.
