LNAV Mode Not Working #1126

Having issues with NAV mode. I use HDG mode to get heading towards first waypoint. As I get close to magenta line I switch to NAV and everything is fine. After reaching the waypoint it stops following the magenta line. This happened yesterday and today. Flight plans made through SimBrief and imported through the FMC. Although the PFD shows LNAV turning the HDB bug changes course. I have removed all buttons on my Honeycomb Bravo quadrant to make sure something wasn't happening there. No issues prior to recent release.

I wonder if this is related to what I just experienced. I was in APPR mode with LOC ILS and I decided to put the HDG bug to the direction for a missed approach. The plane started turning.
