CJ4 0.10.1 cosmetics: Frequency input on NAV needs "." #890

As the title states, manually inputting a frequency on the NAV requests the full format incl. the decimal/point. As in 110.85. Not 100% sure if it's like this in real unit but I guess not since the COM accept the shortened formats like 11085.

Obviously low prio bug...

Atm there seems to be an issue with the 5 digit input format. You can use four digits though as in 1085
