Heart and Soul suggested when no reagents available #23

I was commenting on the other issue and I figured I should raise this.

I have no Crafter's Delineation in my inventory but the helper suggests using Heart and Soul.

When you have no reagents for an ability, I don't think it should be suggested in the synthesis helper :)
