Upgrades package dependency.

Hi there, could I please get a review on this. Our internal code requires version 2.3.0 so I've made the requirement a little less strict.

Sudachi 0.5. is more or less frozen and won't get updates (maybe except security). Sudachi 0.6. does not use sortedcontainers at all.

I will close this PR without merging, sorry.
