Lots of good presentations at FOSDEM, catch any that are particularly relevant to Works on Arm.

Also: put FOSDEM 2020 on a calendar, including the CFP date.

Reopen just long enough to note that FOSDEM 2020 is Feb 1-2 in Brussels, and the CFP is open:

Submissions will be reviewed in two batches, beginning with 
those received by 11 October. The final deadline is 8 November.
