Adding email to the spam blocked list #14

I use a powershell script for this now because it's faster than clicking through the webpage. Could this be added to make it easier to add emails to the blocked list?

This exists in a separate script, and this was originally only for users. Good idea, I'll implement this soon.

This is implemented for DEFAULT Spam filter only in the ps1 file, not the exe. I am going to add selection of the Spam Filter (as some clients do not use the default) before full release of this tab. Use the ps1 if you need default spam filter ONLY.
