two types of receipt time #16

I think there are two types of receipt time: 1. the time when users make their payments. 2. the time when the receipt is synced into our database. The two types are not necessarily the same. Because when the mobile cannot access to the network, the latest receipt from vendor machine may be transmitted later.

I'm not sure whether we do need the second one...

So we can include the payment time in the JSON str. What's the format of it?

If you wanna insert it directly into database the format would be MM-DD-YY HH:MM:SS
