Apart from Twitter, enable other social media link to be added as part of JUG data #10

Currently, only Twitter handles are parsed in the website for each JUG md file. Not all JUG uses Twitter as the main social platform. Including other social media platforms like Facebook or others can be included in the parsing.

Agree with you, we can include a bunch of media platforms, but, which ones? Could make sense to select 2 or 3 and just render only those? Otherwise, what can happen is that there is a JUG that is in many social networks that others don't have... and we end up with 1 page where every JUG has 7 or 8 links to show... which is not very practical... Another option is to simply set a limit (5?) of links and render at most X links.
