Added Java User Group Frankfurt #81

I found that the is some inconsistency: Most internal user groups put their city first, which makes it simpler to find them by name. Most German user groups seem to put it at the end.

I prefer putting it at the front, so this is what I did in this PR.

Thank you very much for your contribution Alexander! We can not change all the names of the JUGs around the world, so it is completely up to you to decide your name 😉 If you are ok with that, I will merge your changes.
