update docs #215

I'm testing the latest version and apparently it now needs node 8:

$ yarn install
yarn install v1.3.2
[1/5] Validating package.json...
error rural-road-accessibility--server@0.4.0: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version "8.x.x".

where as the documentation still mentions node 6
