[FEATURE REQUEST] Light mode #1266

In previous versions of memex there was a light mode, now that is completely gone with only a dark mode available with no way to turn on a light mode anywhere from what I can see in the app. I need a light mode for accessibility reasons as its hard for me to see on dark mode and its very disappointing that they decided to implement this instead of a way to actually copy my highlight from memex which I have previously done a bug report about. You should be able to toggle if you want a light mode or a dark mode, not be stuck with a dark mode.

Agreed. Light mode will come again, we just needed to make a call on what we start with first.
