Global cropmap/summer1/winter production V3 - Incomplete collection 'SAR' at block level #85

During production V3 of summer1 products an issue occured on incomplete SAR data :

@kvantricht other cases related to few SAR acquisition and coastal/island areas. In this case we should switch to optical only mode.

@savmickael Will this one also be solved when the fix discussed in https://github.com/WorldCereal/classification-docker/issues/84 is implemented?

@savmickael Will this one also be solved when the fix discussed in #84 is implemented? Not sure or not totally, I think we need to use your check collection code for SAR in ewoc_classif because we have one date or dates which are not in the season. In the CSV we pass all the date of the year.

removed 12QVF from the table because this tile has been deleted from the production tiles list
