Error in mosaïc step preventing the product to be complete #36

The Mosaïc step is consistently generating incomplete products in some cases: 36TWS Summer1 Maize: image Mozaïc (in orange) over the corresponding available blocks. Somme of the blocks are not included in the final mosaic

During last run, many products were incomplete still, they can be identified by the low comparison score with reference data in the following report: log_ct_summer1.md

As #41 this issue is also related to block downloads. I'll close this issue when the tests are over
