Check if MS PlanetaryComputer allows easy NDVI extraction

This issue is closely related to issue #40.

The first version was implemented in this notebook.

The next steps for this issue are:

• [ ] get feedback from Arun about quality, usefulness and comparability of the obtained NDVI values
• [ ] decide if this is a relevant way to proceed with enhancing dataset quality assessment
• [ ] investigate API limitations regarding cost and number of free calls allowed
• [ ] implement procedure on other TZA datasets (see issue #40)
• [ ] measure performance on larger datasets
