Guys, I ordered a NEW wrap from Deco and we were sent the strip “channel retrofit” instead. It is because of an error in WeQ
The channel retrofit is part that fits over an old strip light and looks nice. The old strip now looks more like a wrap. These are identified on the Deco site as “DCH….” However, I was replacing the old wrap fixture in the ceiling with what I thought was a new rep. We have (4) Deco wrap LED fixtures in WeQ coded wrong. We have them coded as “DCH” but the ones that are new are “DACH”.
Can someone responsible for entering and getting pricing for WeQ find the correct pricing for the “DACH” and fix them in the WRAP category? Make sense?

Those DCH fixtures could conceiviably be tossed into the “Strip Kit” category.
They are not in there now.
DCH should only be in strip kit.
DACH should be in strip and wrap. They could go either way. However, I am waiting on pricing and correct parts for DACH.
