[suggestion] Use query to grab # of players online #7

What the title says. Would prefer that much more to having 0 players on at all times.

also, this is a bit random and unrelated to the issue but the reason i'm still using this proxy and not the released bungeecord plugin is that it doesn't like playing with BungeeGuard or SafeNET and doesn't carry over the token when doing the login handshake thingy lol

update to the rewrite, and set motd to "FORWARD" (note that the player count won't be 100% accurate due to it caching the received MOTD for 10 seconds before pinging to get a new one)
