Background/Overview:

We aim to create an engaging and visually cohesive onboarding PowerPoint presentation for new employees. This PPT will introduce them to our company's ethos through storytelling elements inspired by our "Dream Quest" series. The project involves developing a style guide and then using it to generate AI images that maintain narrative and visual consistency across the slides.

Tasks:

  1. Style Guide Creation:
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop a comprehensive style guide.
    • Define key elements such as character traits, settings, color palettes, mood/atmosphere, art styles, etc., relevant to both the “Dream Quest” series and corporate branding.
  2. Prompt Generation:
    • Craft detailed prompts based on preliminary scenes/themes reflecting company values as envisioned in conjunction with the “Dream Quest” narrative.
  3. Image Generation:
    • Use generative AI tools (e.g., DALL-E or Midjourney) to produce images from your prompts following newly established style guidelines.
    • Iterate image generation until they meet quality standards set forth in the style guide.
  4. PPT Deck Assembly:
    • Design a PPT template incorporating these generated images into slides tailored for maximum impact regarding storytelling about company culture/values.
  5. Narration Scripting:
    • Write narration scripts correlating each slide’s imagery with aspects of our work culture and employee journey within our organization.
  6. Review & Iterations:
    • Present initial draft of PPT deck along with narration scripts for team feedback; refine content accordingly.

Acceptance Criteria:

Please approach this task holistically—merging creative flair with strategic insight—to ensure we deliver not just information but inspiration through every aspect of this pivotal onboarding experience.
