I'll be studying the ASTRA program to gain a full understanding of it. Additionally, I'll engage with the PRIME team to learn about their ongoing activities and gather insights. I'll also make sure to acquire knowledge about Well-Found and other relevant aspects during this process. and also I'll watch The Metrics

Today, I read seven pages from the Hackney University Guide and the ASTRA program. I had a meeting with Zarafshah to outline our next steps. Later, I met with Ayesha and Sana, where I instructed Ayesha to take accountability, review the work of Sana and Mushtaba, and ensure the necessary issues and requirements are created. I taught the Design Hive team how to create EPICs in JIRA and link them to JIRA Product Discovery. I also had a meeting with Laiba to guide her on KPIs and OKRs and assisted Raza with signing into his computer, as well as helping Mauz. In my meeting with Roberto, we discussed his wait on Oasis Lab, his upcoming meeting with the PCO community involving 80 investor and a moderator, and the possibility of assistance from a crypto expert who could help with listing and funding from Bangkok. Finally, I worked with Ahmad on clean job reports, teaching him the necessary steps.

Today, I’ll finish reading the rest of the Hackney University guide. I’ll also talk with Amaad and Fajar about the client, emphasizing the need for them to step up and communicate more effectively. Additionally, I’ll meet with Sana and Ayesha to review the milestones and ensure they’ve created the tasks I assigned. Lastly, I’ll discuss PRIME with Ifra.
