• [ ] Connect Facebook page or other social media accounts to the right button in Figure 2.
• [ ] To connect Email button to D365.

The following task has a similar output when using the Send Message button in Figure 4 but this can be more specific to email but Lead information must merge when using either of the buttons. (TBD: Ask for guidance before starting the following tasks)

• [ ] Check if Lead Information is present in D365.
• [ ] Check if the dummy customer email receives a welcoming address or AI response.
