Vendor Registration #1

Create a form that utilized HTML, CSS, and JS utilizing great UX so vendors can register their booth with our brand. The form will tie into Azure Logic Apps. Then, the Azure Logic App will store the variables using the Dynamics 365 connector.

There is also a Dynamics 365 Vendor Portal that may be utilized better than the above mentioned method.
