Requirements

Yesterday, I have started creating the excel sheet for the H-3 Visa that the applicants need to prepare. By the end of my shift, the spreadsheet should be done and ready for use. A markdown file should be created today based on the spreadsheet so that it is available online. I'll put this as checklist.md inside the Visa folder.
