The fish ontology is currently being developed to enable easy aggregation and analysis of data. The ontology has been subdivided into two domains - aquaculture and small scale fisheries. The development of the fish ontology is currently led by WorldFish and supported by the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT.

we are still building it, focussing first on defining the terms that are important. We will add more semantic relationship soon. Hoping that answers your question
