Translate app content into 6 WHO official languages

WHO has six official languages. Whilst English is the most widely used language within WHO, they do a vast amount of translation to other languages: https://www.who.int/about/who-we-are/multilingualism

Here's a general order for translation priority, with @sapte91 and @clementmouchet running this process. They may make adjustments as needed.

• English - 1st priority and initial launch - v1.0 launch
• French - 2nd priority for WHO - #383
• Chinese - unclear if WHO focuses on traditional or simplified or both, likely both are important
• Spanish
• Russian
• Arabic (inc. RTL UI) - #978
• As many other languages as we can justify supporting

Please stop creating PRs for this issue for now. We'll be focusing on 1 extra language (#383), which will be one of the 6 mentioned here. Furthermore these translations need to be vetted by WHO, meaning we might not be able to merge your translations.

We really appreciate all the hard work everyone has been doing and ask you to hold on a bit longer until we get our processes sorted out!

Ok, I can contribute French. I can see the Main English has a few typos needed to be corrected. I'll hold off for now and look elsewhere to contribute.

I have l locked this issue. If you want to volunteer you can find a google form to sign up. We are getting a lot of volunteers, more than we need and more than we can currently handle.

Even though our intention is to get back to you as soon as possible, it might take a while.
