Tencent stack: vue, node and mysql

From Kyler: The plan is we will 1) strip out some code (e.g. Tencent maps integration, wecaht frame dependency) to make a html5 version 2) translate the UI to English and this should be ready sometime next week

They can open source the chatbox code and design as well if there is a need, but the guideline might be tweaked because the Tencent version is specific to China's guidelines.

Below is what they plan to open source soon as html5

@brunobowden @advayDev1 see above for the information I gathered from Tencent. about the tech stack, they are willing to open source the chat bot code and design if we need. From design perspective, it doesn't matter too much whether it is a static interactive dialog or smart bot.

But you may want to think about if you want to reuse the backend code etc.
